À propos du M HKA / Énoncé de mission

Le M HKA est un musée d'art contemporain, de cinéma et de culture visuelle au sens large. C'est un lieu de rencontre ouvert à l'art, aux artistes et au public. Le M HKA aspire à jouer un rôle de premier plan en Flandre et à étendre son rayonnement international en s'appuyant sur la tradition avant-gardiste anversoise. Le M HKA établit des liens entre les questions artistiques et les enjeux sociétaux plus larges, entre l'international et le régional, les artistes et le public, la tradition et l'innovation, la réflexion et la présentation. La collection du musée, avec ses acquisitions en cours, ainsi que les domaines de gestion et de recherche qui y sont liés, occupent une place centrale.

À propos des ensembles M HKA

Les Ensembles du M HKA constituent nos premiers pas vers l'initiation du public au paysage numérique artistique actuel. Grâce à ces nouveaux médias, nous souhaitons offrir à nos œuvres un support plus complet et plus performant pour leur présentation et leur compréhension. L'application, entièrement développée en interne au M HKA, est facilement accessible sur une large gamme d'appareils : smartphones, tablettes et ordinateurs. Cette version publique n'est pas isolée ; elle s'inscrit dans un ensemble numérique plus vaste. Le contenu provient directement de la « banque d'ensembles », une plateforme de travail largement utilisée qui favorise la compréhension des œuvres à différents niveaux. Unité de production, conservateurs, politique d'achat (y compris externe) : chacun a son rôle à jouer. Ainsi, les visiteurs sont à un clic de cette base de données informative lorsqu'ils parcourent les salles d'exposition. Le M HKA est déterminé à prolonger cet exercice dans les années à venir et à enrichir encore l'expérience du visiteur.
