Ensemble: ECSTATIC UNITY
Dorothy beschrijft extatische eenheid als de toestand van ‘één worden met de ander’ door middel van erotische liefde. Dit concept van ‘ultieme eenheid’ en ‘extatische eenheid’ komt voort uit haar onderzoek naar ‘volledige intimiteit’. In het Tibetaans boeddhisme wordt verlichting ook wel ‘extatische eenheid’ genoemd. Liefde wordt de inspiratie voor het werk.
