With the years Filliou became more attracted to meditation, Taoism and Buddhism. At the same time, he addresses the themes of violence and innocence, war and peace.

RF: So there’s also ‘Seven Childlike Uses of Warlike Materials.’ You have that portfolio, I think?
IL: There are no photos. Kaminski?
RF: No, I have then in here! I have photos of the originals and photos taken on the banks of the Rhine. So we have ‘Seven Childlike Uses...
IL: …of Warlike Materials’. Do we say it’s a portfolio?
RF: I don’t want it to look like a thing people can buy. We put nothing, just illustrations. We can say ‘silkscreens made with Kaminski.’ To give him credit. Project for Sky-Writing, that’s 1970 and the other one 1971, or maybe both the same year. It’s not important…
