M HKA gaat digitaal

M HKA goes digital

Embracing the possibilities of new media, M HKA is making a particular effort to share its knowledge and give art the framework it deserves.

We are currently focusing on the experience in the museum with this application for smartphones and tablets. In the future this will also lead to a versatile desktop version, which is now still in its construction phase.

Literary synopsis

The thirty-five year old photographer Lara has made a documentary about the war years that her family spent during her childhood in a lovely valley around the town of Sollér, in the Northwest of the island of Mallorca. According to her father, that was a wonderful period. But when Lara’s documentary is violently criticized and even accused of falsehood, she begins to doubt about the truth in her father's stories. Like a private detective, she decides to investigate his life story. She won’t rest until finding out what is behind the war stories that he wants to keep for himself.
