The video Earth is a more recent work of Hamlet Hovsepian, and much shorter than the other videos in the M HKA collection. It shows the artist literally arising from the earth. Revolving around one short event frozen in time, it differs from his older works, which record long repetitions of seemingly meaningless gestures or events from everyday life.
