M HKA gaat digitaal

M HKA goes digital

Embracing the possibilities of new media, M HKA is making a particular effort to share its knowledge and give art the framework it deserves.

We are currently focusing on the experience in the museum with this application for smartphones and tablets. In the future this will also lead to a versatile desktop version, which is now still in its construction phase.

Relation of the novel to the artist’s practice

Au plus pofond du noir is a subjective translation of Joseph Conrad's novel Heart of Darkness, made by artist Thu-Van Tran, who wrote it entirely based on her recollection of the original text. This artist's novel is not for sale at bookstores, but distributed through a special installation containing 2,000 copies of the book.
